Finally, My Turn

Wow it has been a long couple of months with lots of sessions. I usually take my kiddos pictures in the very beginning of the season but this year between sickness, extreme cold days and clients my kids fall session got moved to last on the list and I couldn't be happier with how they came out. Yellows, I love the happy color yellow. New England autumns are unlike anywhere else. God truly paints a beautiful picture in the crisp air. Just see for yourself :-)

Seasons of Life

When you take time to sit and chat with someone going through the end of one of life's seasons and entering into the next, you learn just as much about yourself as you do the person you are speaking to. People come in and out of your life and that is ok. It's not ok to hold onto those toxic relationships because you are afraid to let go. Letting go is the hardest thing a person can do but always the most beneficial. Just because you let the relationship go it doesn't mean you can not be gracious for the good times you have had. I just loved this Cookie Monster cake and that spilt milk, adorable :-). Mr. A was so good about "eating" his cake and mom and dad were right by his side to make sure he got extra messy in the process. Hey that's IS what parents are for right?! 1 year, so much changes in a little one from birth to their first year; It' so incredible to witness. Mr. A is certainly becoming the coolest kid on the block very quickly :-)

A Visit from Va.

What a wonderful surprise to have clients drive up from Va. to have their their session with us. Last time we photographed this cutie was almost a year ago when he was just a wee one. That smile, oh that smile. It literally melts my heart. The belly laughs and snuggles this little boy gives are so heart warming. Add that to the golden yellow sunset on a New England fall day and you have this amazing session :-)
